You can return or exchange items within 14 days from the day you received the package. Please follow the steps below:
Send the package to our Returns Department, note that postage must be paid by the customer.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we will send out the new items (depending on availability). In case of withdrawal the products' value, excluding shipment fees, will be refunded.
The shipping costs for returned goods, whether exchange or withdrawal, must be paid by the customer. The new items will then be shipped to your address free of charge.
Excluded from exchange
Printed, used or individually ordered articles as well as socks are excluded from exchange and cannot be returned. Products are only accepted back in their original packaging.
If there is a problem with a product or its quality does not meet your expectations we have to contact the manufacturer first. They will then check whether the case is covered by warranty. Therefore, please send some pictures and close-ups of the fault first, along with a detailed description of the problem to us.
